1. Who we are

Reach ("Service") is operated by Squad as a Service SL ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Spain (Tax ID B44599603, Registro Mercantil de Madrid), with its registered address at Paseo de la Castellana 126, 8D, 28046 Madrid, Spain. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What Reach does

Reach provides businesses with tools to talk to their customers (chat, WhatsApp, email) and to sell online, including gift vouchers. The pages you see on this site are operated by us on behalf of the business named on them.

Purchases are made with the business. When you buy a product or a gift voucher, the seller is the business named on the page: it sets the prices and terms, provides the service and redeems the voucher. Payments are processed by Stripe on the business's own account.

3. Gift vouchers

• The unique voucher code is only created once the payment has been completed. Until then nothing is issued or sent.
• Each voucher is valid for a single purchase with the issuing business, up to its value, until the expiry date shown on it, and under the conditions printed on it.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal requests are handled by the issuing business according to its terms and applicable consumer law.
• Scheduled sends are delivered on the chosen date to the email and/or WhatsApp number you provide. You are responsible for entering the recipient's details correctly and for having their permission to contact them.

4. Payments

Card, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store your full card details. Prices include the taxes indicated by the business.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, offensive or misleading content in names or dedications, no attempts to access other people's data or vouchers, no automated abuse, and no interference with the Service's operation.

6. AI-generated content

Some features (for example, suggested dedications) use artificial intelligence. Suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable; review them before using them. You are responsible for the content you choose to send.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design belong to the Company or its licensors. Brands, logos and content of each business belong to that business.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, limit or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the products and services supplied by the businesses. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the courts a consumer may choose under applicable law. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
